National Public Service Complaint Management System (SP4N) – People's Online Aspiration and Complaints Service (LAPOR) or known as SP4N-LAPOR is a National Public Service Complaint Management System Application using the LAPOR application! a service for conveying all people's aspirations and complaints online which is integrated in the management of complaints in stages at each public service provider and is managed by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform in collaboration with the Presidential Staff Office and the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Republic of Indonesia Bureaucratic Reform Number 62 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for the National Public Service Complaint System.

SP4N-REPORT! was formed to realize the "no wrong door policy" which guarantees the public's right that complaints from anywhere and of any type will be channeled to public service providers who have the authority to handle them. SP4N aims to:

Organizers can manage complaints from the public in a simple, fast, precise, complete and well-coordinated manner;

The organizer provides access for community participation in submitting complaints; And

Improving the quality of public services.
