Abstract

In accordance with the mandate of Law No. 16/1997 on Statistics and PP No. 51/1999 on Statistical Administration, the BPS-Statistics of Indonesia as a public institution has the task and responsibility of providing data and information in the field of statistics. Satisfaction and quality of service to consumers are the main things in the presentation and service of data by BPS. To identify the needs and level of customer satisfaction, a Data Needs Survey is carried out.
